We are excited to welcome back Coach Jared Kaminski as the Head Coach of the NWC Dolphins for his third season! Over the past two years, Coach Kaminski has helped our swimmers grow tremendously, improving skills, confidence, and team spirit.
Coach Kaminski is also the Head Swim Coach at Sotomayor High School in NISD, where he leads a strong and competitive program. With years of coaching experience working with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, he brings passion, knowledge, and dedication to our team.
We are thrilled to have him back and look forward to another great season with the Dolphins!
Coach Judy is returning to the Dolphins, and we couldn’t be more excited! As a former Dolphin swimmer herself and previous Dolphins coach, she brings firsthand summer league experience and a deep love for the team. Judy is a Special Education teacher with NISD who is passionate about working with children, building confidence, and helping swimmers master new skills in and out of the water.
Coach Laura has been swimming competitively since age 7. As a USA Swimming Certified Coach, she has prepared many swimmers for their first team experience, helped experienced swimmers with specific training needs, and worked with beginner adults, triathletes, and family lessons since 2007. She was a manager in the hotel industry for many years prior to forming her own business (Coach Laura, LLC), so exceptional customer service is a top priority for her. She designs her lessons specifically to your goals and meets you where you are with your comfort and skills. She creates a team atmosphere while still paying close attention to individual needs and progress.
If you are interested in private lessons for swimmers at any skill level - beginner through triathlete, please contact Coach Laura. Her lesson schedule starts in June. Please note that these lessons are provided outside of the swim team.
