Dolphins Swim Team Sponsorship Program

We are reaching out to local businesses, including chiropractors, dentists, lawn care services, and other small business owners, to consider sponsoring a swimmer! Your support helps cover the costs for athletes to participate and promotes your business within our community.

Sponsorship Details:

• Cost: $200 (covers the registration fee for one swimmer)
• Deadline: Submit by April 28th to receive all the following benefits.

Benefits for Sponsors:

• Business Name featured on the Dolphin team shirt
• Logo included in the NWC HOA eNewsletter
• Logo displayed on both the NWC community website and Dolphins website
• Logo included on a banner that will be hung up at the pool all summer
• Thank you letter that you can display at your place of business

How to Sponsor:

1. If you have a swimtopia account. Please login to your account first and then add the sponsorship to your cart. 
2. Guest Checkout Instructions
   Please note that our system only accepts payments from registered users. If you do not have a Swimtopia account, you can still proceed with your sponsorship by following these steps:
   
   1. When prompted to check out, please use the following login credentials:

   This will allow you to complete your payment and sponsor a swimmer even without an active Swimtopia account.

3. Submit Your Logo & Swimmer Info: After processing your sponsorship payment, please email [email protected] with the following:
   • A high-quality copy of your business logo
   • The name of the swimmer or swimmer's parent you're sponsoring, so they can receive their free swimmer registration coupon code.
